David G. Clower

David is president and chief executive officer of the National Trust Community Investment Corporation and NT Solar, Washington, D.C. subsidiaries of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. NTCIC operates as a national Community Development Entity and tax credit syndicator supporting adaptive reuse of historic properties.

He previously spent 14 years at the Raza Development Fund as chief credit officer, chief investment officer, and executive vice president of strategic investments, and brings 30 years of commercial and investment banking experience across real estate, venture debt, private equity, and impact investing.

He studied applied economics at the University of San Francisco, commercial real estate finance at MIT, and strategic business leadership at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
