Hosting is a 160-hour paid placement over up to twelve weeks, matched to a scope of work your team already needs. You get vetted talent and a pipeline. The fellow gets the experience the industry keeps asking for.
How hosting works
Four steps, and we run three of them.
Interview and match
Sponsors interview candidates, and matching follows interests and qualifications. Open Access handles screening and selection before anyone reaches your inbox.
Host the placement
160 paid hours over up to twelve weeks, virtual or in person, with a minimum of three months. Coursework and mentorship run in parallel, handled by us.
