Monge Capital pairs economic development and private equity experience with deep knowledge of urban development and real estate finance, with a niche focus on New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Opportunity Zones, and flexible financing. The firm advises developers, operating businesses, nonprofits, and municipalities, and invests directly.

Jeff holds a Master in Business Management and a B.S. in Computer Engineering Technology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
