She advises corporations, developers, investors, nonprofits, government entities, and law firms on Opportunity Zones, New Markets Tax Credits, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and Section 103 tax-exempt bond financing, with projects in Puerto Rico, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Maryland.
Her recognitions include the 2024 Policy Makers Award from Executive Women of New Jersey and NJBIZ honors including Top 50 Women in Business and Leaders in the Law. She holds an LL.M. in taxation from New York Law School, a J.D. from Rutgers Law School, and a B.A. from Drew University.
